Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) – boosting your own hair’s growth
Our PRP therapy utilises the best-in-class Emcyte PRP system, which delivers 10 billion platelets per treatment – far exceeding standard PRP systems available elsewhere. Not all PRP is equal. If you are quoted for treatment which involves only a 7–10 ml vial of blood, or a single spin technique, you are paying for a treatment which will deliver at best 100 million platelets. A high platelet dose (10 billion or more) is essential for effective results. We have chosen Emcyte PRP as our provider due to their industry-leading technology and high-platelet-dose PRP system. PRP is delivered as a course of 4 treatments, approximately 6–8 weeks apart. A response to PRP can sometimes be seen by the 3rd or 4th treatment session, but full results take 9–12 months to develop. PRP is an effective treatment as long as you have not suffered permanent loss of hair follicles in the treatment area. An in-person consultation is essential to determine your suitability for PRP therapy.
Exomide – advanced hair regeneration therapy
Exomide is an advanced exosome-based therapy available at FHR that works at a cellular level to support hair follicle health and regeneration. It can be used as a standalone treatment or alongside Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP).
