Medical Director
Dr. Sean Arendse is the founder of Flawless Rejuvenation Skin Clinic & Flawless Hair Restoration, is currently a member and on the Board of the Cosmetic Physicians Society of Australia, and a national trainer and regular speaker for various cosmetic products and energy base devices. As well as being the director of the clinics, Sean is also a Senior Emergency Physician at a major Melbourne metropolitan hospital. Sean is well-known for providing high quality, detailed facial assessments, and a natural aesthetic.
Medical Director
Dr Adam Bystrzycki is an Emergency Physician at the Alfred Emergency and Trauma Centre with over 20 years experience in the management of major trauma. He is also the former Director of Sandringham Emergency and Deputy Director of Emergency Services for Alfred Health. He has interests in trauma resuscitation, point-of-care ultrasound and critical care echocardiography. He has been involved in educating clinicians in the use of ultrasound for bedside clinical decision support for the last 10 years and has served on the Australasian College for Emergency Medicine’s Ultrasound Subcommittee.
Dr Bystrzycki has been involved in international collaborations with trauma team education and resuscitation training in China, and was a co-author on the Trauma Reception and Resuscitation project. He has been involved in hospital committees investigating adverse clinical outcomes and has an interest in clinical error mitigation.
Dr Bystrzycki’s research focus is on error-reduction and decision support.
He is also a keen violinist and has been a long-term member of the Australian Doctor’s Orchestra and Corpus Medicorum.
Dr Bystrzycki’s focus on procedural expertise and error-reduction has led him to the exciting field of robotic hair transplantation and hair restoration medicine. This field combines his passion for delivering satisfaction through a considered understanding of patient needs, aesthetic planning, and cutting edge procedural technique.
Doctor
Dr Annika is a medical doctor working as a cosmetic physician and in general medicine. She obtained her medical degree at the University of Birmingham and has a wide range of experience in clinical medicine in both Australia and the UK.
She is passionate about combining her medical knowledge with her cosmetic skills to produce excellent aesthetic outcomes.
Annika is trained in the latest hair restoration techniques and enjoys working with patients on their hair loss journey to address their specific needs and form individualised treatment plans.
Hair Transplant Technician
Gemma is currently in her second year Bachelor of Nursing (RN) at Swinburne University of Technology. Her course emphasises medical and healthcare in the modern age and the use of technological advances to aid procedures. Therefore, she feels extremely fortunate and passionate about her role working alongside the state of the art technology such as the ARTAS® iX and NeoGraft. She is so proud to be a part of the flawless team for not only our pioneering in the field of Robotic Hair restoration but in the integrity of staff and standard of patient care.
Hair Transplant Technician
Adele has a Degree in Dermal Science with over 6 years of experience within the cosmetic industry. After being a part of Flawless Rejuvenation for 4 years, she has decided to also join the Flawless Hair Restoration team. Adele enjoys all aspects of hair transplants and loves assisting the team and patients to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Sheriden has a Masters degree and is a nurse practitioner at a major trauma hospital in Melbourne. She started her journey into the cosmetic industry 1 year ago and enjoys helping clients look and feel their best self. What she loves about flawless hair rejuvenation is the client transformation and the technology and machines available to provide the best outcomes for patients.
Hair Transplant Technician
Estelle has a Bachelor Degree in Nursing and a post graduate degree in critical care. She has been working in a major metropolitan emergency department for 6.5 years. Opposed to the daily theatrics of working in an emergency department, Estelle enjoys being a part of the calm and controlled hair transplant team. She loves getting to know her clients and working with them to achieve their hair restoration goals.

Belinda Free is an Emergency Nurse with 30 years of experience. Her breadth of knowledge and expertise as an Emergency Nurse Practitioner can be seen in her approach to systems management and clinical efficiency. Belinda is excited to join the FHR team and to deliver optimal outcomes for our clients.
